How do I earn the points?
- A successful signup will get 500 points.
- Spend $1 can get 1 point.
What's the conversion rate? Will my points expire?
- 100 points equal to $1. Customers can apply their points on the checkout page.
- The points will NOT expire.
Is there any membership level?
- Spending accumulated to $800 will reach to VIP level, which will have a 5% discount for all products within a year.
- Spending accumulated to $1,500 will reach to VVIP level, which will have a 10% discount for all products within a year.
Can I use coupons and points at the same time?
- Yes. We also have a birthday coupon which will automatically be sent to your email with 14 days expiration.

Order
Can I order in-stock and pre-order items in the same order?
- Yes, customers can order in-stock and pre-order items in the same order.
- Order will be shipped out once all the items are available.
Accordion Panel
- When customers choose Zelle payment, the order status will show “on hold“.
- After we receive the payment, the order status will change to “processing“. Customer will receive the update by email as well.

Shipping
When will my order be shipped out?
- The processing time of order and warehousing varies depending on the product.
- For the order of in-stock items, it will be shipped out within 2 business days.
- Pre-order items will take about 2-4 weeks to ship out. Please refer to the estimated available date on the product page.
- We will notify you via email once the item has shipped.
What's the shipping method?
- Customers can choose their preferred shipping option and cost by entering their shipping address on the Checkout page.
- Ground Advantage packages are delivered in 2-5 business days, USPS Priority Mail deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days.
- Customer will get free shipping when spending over $100.
- We also provide a local pickup option. Customers will receive the detail of the pick-up location when the order is ready.

Payment
What kind of payment methods do you provide?
- Customers can pay by credit card via Stripe or Zelle.
- Stripe accepts Visa, Master, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
- Zelle information will show up on the checkout page. Please leave your order number in the message to the recipient area while Zelle.

Returns
What's your return policy?
- Refunds are accepted for items only if the products arrived with damage.
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of the item being delivered.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unused and in their original packaging.
- Final sale items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
